Abstract:
Talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement are just a few of the many applications of human resource analytics that are explored in this chapter. In the first part of the article, we’ll look at how HR analytics may help businesses make better strategic decisions by providing a data-driven framework that goes beyond traditional HR practices. To show how analytics may boost HR efficiency, employee happiness, and the attainment of operational goals, the essay looks at case studies and real-world examples. There are several inherent challenges to using HR analytics, which are also addressed in the chapter. Concerns about data security, the availability of trained analytics professionals, and moral dilemmas are all examples of these challenges. Within the field of human resources, it sheds light on how to build a foundation and foster a data literate culture.
