Abstract

In the contemporary landscape shaped by relentless technological advancements, the rapid development of communication and information systems has fundamentally reshaped modern life (Evianti & Rosa, 2024). What once began as a simple mode of communication has quickly evolved into an all-encompassing medium for entertainment, commerce, and social connectivity, placing the digital world literally at our fingertips (Wulandari, Saputra & Ardiansyah, 2024). This easy access and widespread availability of the internet have made digital engagement a daily routine for the demographic known as Generation Z (Gen Z), generally defined for this study as individuals born between approximately 2000 and 2012, placing them in the highly vulnerable age range of 15 to 25 as of 2025.
