Abstract
The digital economy has fundamentally transformed the way organizations create value, compete, and engage with customers. Rapid advancements in digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data analytics, blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), and mobile technologies have created unprecedented opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship. Traditional business models are increasingly being replaced by digital platforms that enable faster market access, enhanced customer experiences, and global connectivity. Entrepreneurs are now able to leverage digital tools to establish scalable businesses with relatively lower capital investment, while innovation has become the primary driver of competitive advantage and sustainable growth. Innovation in the digital economy extends beyond technological inventions to include improvements in products, services, processes, marketing strategies, and organizational practices. Digital entrepreneurship enables individuals and organizations to identify emerging market opportunities, develop innovative business solutions, and contribute to economic development through employment generation and value creation. However, digital entrepreneurs also encounter several challenges, including cybersecurity threats, data privacy concerns, intense competition, regulatory uncertainties, and rapidly evolving consumer expectations.
