Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational performance. A survey of 200 employees from various industries was conducted to collect data on employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The results show a significant positive correlation between employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The study also identifies key factors that influence employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
