Abstract
Communication does not occur when a message is sent or received. It is an understanding shared by both parties that begins with the recipient. In the business world, communication is essential. Effective management relies heavily on open lines of communication. Planning, organising, staffing, directing, and controlling are the five pillars of management, but they cannot be accomplished without clear lines of communication. All levels of management and employees, as well as the general public, need to be on the same page for any business to succeed. It’s crucial to the success and expansion of any company. Inside every organisation, there must be no room for confusion.
