Abstract:

Mathematical operations are used in image processing, which is a processing method. It employs any available signal processing technique. In this case, we take a picture or video as input, and produce another image or series of images as output. The medical field also makes use of this method for a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. In this article, it was used to the task of identifying liver cancer cells. Here, the MRI picture is enhanced using Otsu’s approach, and the cancer cell is segmented using the watershed method.
