Abstract:

Teams with members who are mentally healthy at work are more able to adapt to shifting roles and responsibilities. To say nothing of the problems we must overcome. It aids in job performance, stress management, and employee resilience. In the end, it facilitates people realising their full potential. Bringing more attention to the issue of mental health may help those who are suffering from mental illness feel less alone and make it easier for them to seek treatment and develop positive coping strategies. By increasing public understanding of mental health issues, individuals will be better able to talk about their experiences and find relief.
