Abstract

Through the use of big data analytics, businesses are able to efficiently gather, process, clean, and analyse massive information to reveal previously hidden trends, patterns, and correlations. As a result, businesses are better able to flourish thanks to data-driven choices. Descriptive and diagnostic analytics are at the heart of business intelligence, providing explanations for where a firm has been, where it is, and why things are the way they are. In order to do these several kinds of analysis, BI tools require access to data storage. Big data is used by businesses to boost their bottom lines by optimising internal processes, enhancing customer service, developing more targeted marketing strategies, and so on. In this section, we’ll look at how business intelligence may benefit from using big data analytics.
