Abstract

“AI based recruitment” describes the process of using artificial intelligence to find and assess candidates for open positions. Traditional recruiting methods like screening applications and conducting interviews may be supplemented with or replaced by this method. Many people utilise the STAR method as a guide for providing intelligent answers during interviews. By analysing the situation, the course of action, and the result, this method gives a structure for responding to typical behavioural interview questions. By analysing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, organisations may develop “SMART” targets (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) that break down their broader goals into more manageable chunks. In this chapter, we will examine the factors that should be taken into account while using AI in the hiring process.
