Abstract:
Business schools need to revise their curricula and pedagogical approaches to better equip their students to compete in today’s global economy. This article examines three separate but interconnected approaches taken by Indian business schools in response to the needs of Industry 5.0. Students will be prepared for the workforce of the future via the use of cutting-edge methods like as online and hybrid courses, gamification, and simulation-based learning. Secondly, they are encouraging a global outlook by giving students the chance to participate in conferences, student exchange programmes, and immersion courses in other countries. Cultural diversity and the impact of globalisation on corporate practises are two topics covered in depth by students enrolled in these degree programmes. The final thing they do is notify government authorities, foreign institutions, and business colleagues about their study results and best practices. Decisions on policy and practice are influenced by this, since it aids in the development and spread of knowledge.
