Abstract
A paradigm shift in leadership is included by the Leadership 4.0 transition, which is driven by the quick integration of digital technologies like AI, the internet of things, big data, and automation into the business environment. To stay ahead of the competition in the face of digital disruption, industry leaders must adopt tactics that are adaptable, creative, and team-oriented. Within the framework of Industry 4.0, this chapter explores the core concepts and abilities needed for effective leadership. Capabilities in managing diverse and remote teams are also highlighted, along with emotional intelligence, digital literacy, and strategic agility. The shift from traditional hierarchical structures to more decentralised and flexible organizational models is another subject covered in this chapter. Through the use of research-backed concepts and real-life examples, the reader will get a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively lead in VUCA environments.
