Abstract
The need of keeping ethics in mind while making big strategic moves has been emphasised by both experts in the area of management and academics. However, there is a lack of theoretical research into the decision-making processes, the choosing of certain ethical positions and methods, and the post-decision accounting for these choices that people and organisations take when it comes to HRM. To this end, we provide a Throughput model framework for algorithmic human resource management that describes how individuals make decisions.
