Abstract
Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally restructuring Human Resource Management from a reactive administrative silo into a predictive, data-driven engine embedded within the digital workplace. This chapter examines the deployment of enterprise-grade AI within human capital operations, presenting a comprehensive investigation into machine learning systems designed for talent acquisition, workforce engagement, voluntary turnover prediction, and internal labor mobility. By synthesizing transformer-based natural language processing, dynamic graph convolutional networks, survival analysis, and explainable artificial intelligence frameworks such as SHapley Additive exPlanations, the proposed framework establishes a real-time, human-in-the-loop operational infrastructure. An extensive longitudinal case study tracking twelve thousand four hundred and fifty employees over an eighteen-month deployment demonstrates a 62.4% reduction in recruitment cycle durations, a 34.8% decrease in voluntary departures among high-performing personnel, and a 73.8% increase in internal mobility. The empirical findings confirm that transparent, privacy-preserving, and explainable artificial intelligence architectures significantly enhance strategic organizational capability while safeguarding procedural equity and employee trust.
