Abstract

The knowledge gleaned through business analytics may be used to guide operations moving forward, which is what we mean when we say that the data helps with decision-making.  Business analytics have traditionally been used to improve risk management, boost revenues and bottom line, reduce expenses across the board (including overhead) in any and all ways possible. By showing how business research may provide information that is both insightful and likely to have an influence on the choices made by large companies, this chapter provides invaluable insights into artificial intelligence.
