Abstract:
In the contemporary digital landscape, the significance of content creation spans across diverse domains and industries, demanding engaging and personalized materials. However, the creation of high-quality content remains a time-consuming challenge. This chapter delves into the emerging field of generative AI, which employs deep neural networks to synthesize diverse content types, such as text, images, music, audio, and video. The entertainment industry benefits from generative AI in creating innovative and captivating content across various media forms, and researchers find value in exploring new ideas and hypotheses. Despite its vast potential, generative AI introduces challenges and risks that demand attention for responsible and ethical usage. Quality concerns arise as generative AI may produce inaccurate or low-quality content, posing risks to user trust. This chapter aims to provide insights into the opportunities and challenges of generative AI in content creation, emphasizing the importance of responsible and ethical practices in its deployment.
