Abstract
Entrepreneurship has become one of the most important drivers of economic growth, social progress, and business transformation in today’s rapidly changing world. As markets become more competitive and environmental and social challenges continue to grow, entrepreneurs are increasingly expected to create innovative solutions while ensuring that their businesses remain sustainable over the long term. This study explores the relationship between entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable business development by examining how entrepreneurial thinking encourages innovation, improves organizational performance, and supports responsible business practices. It also highlights the role of digital technologies, customer-focused innovation, and strategic leadership in helping businesses adapt to changing market conditions. The discussion emphasizes that innovation is no longer limited to developing new products but also includes improvements in business models, operational processes, marketing strategies, and resource management. Sustainable business development is presented as a comprehensive approach that balances economic success with environmental responsibility and social well-being. The study further identifies key challenges faced by entrepreneurs, including limited financial resources, technological disruption, regulatory changes, and increasing stakeholder expectations. Despite these obstacles, businesses that integrate innovation with sustainability are better positioned to achieve long-term competitiveness, resilience, and stakeholder trust. Overall, the study concludes that entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability are closely interconnected and collectively contribute to creating businesses that are adaptable, responsible, and capable of generating lasting economic and societal value. Organizations that invest in continuous innovation while embracing sustainable development principles are more likely to succeed in dynamic business environments and contribute positively to sustainable economic growth.
