Abstract

Organizational psychology and workplace behavior play a significant role in understanding employee performance, motivation, communication, leadership, and organizational effectiveness in modern institutions. This study examines the theoretical foundations and empirical perspectives of organizational psychology and analyzes how workplace behavior influences employee productivity, job satisfaction, teamwork, and organizational growth. The paper explores major psychological theories related to motivation, personality, leadership, organizational culture, and behavioral dynamics within workplaces. It also highlights the impact of employee attitudes, stress management, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal relationships on organizational success. Empirical findings from previous studies indicate that positive workplace behavior contributes to higher employee engagement, improved decision-making, reduced conflicts, and enhanced organizational commitment. Furthermore, the research discusses contemporary challenges such as workplace stress, technological adaptation, diversity management, and changing work environments in the digital era. The study concludes that organizations adopting psychological principles and effective behavioral strategies can create healthier work environments, improve employee well-being, and achieve sustainable organizational performance. The integration of organizational psychology into management practices is therefore essential for maintaining competitiveness and long-term organizational development.
